6. Changes & Amendments
Changes to bookings may result in additional charges or fare differences as imposed by the service provider. Any change fees are non-refundable.
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for a flight, hotel check-in, or scheduled service may result in a total loss of the booking amount with no refund.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
Any refund-related disputes should be raised directly with Santo Trip before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in booking cancellation without refund.
